Job Title: Inside Sales Executive(Kannada,Telugu,Hindi)

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-time

Package: 15,000 to Rs.18,000 per month

About the Role

The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for driving the growth of the company's customer base and revenue through proactive sales efforts. This role involves identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and closing sales. Ideally closing the sale with a win-win for both client and FittyMe. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, deep understanding of Weight loss and workout regimen, results-driven individual with a passion for health/wellness along with sales and a deep understanding of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to month-on-month expansion.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • To effectively pitch the appropriate plan to a client, it's essential to grasp their needs and requirements first.
  • Position our company as a category and industry leader
  • Enhance our efficiency in winning and finalizing sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Secure sales and meet monthly/weekly targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in CRM software.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Masters degree, Nutrition background.
  • An individual passionate about health and fitness with expertise in the wellness and fitness field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside sales, preferably in the Health/Wellness Industry.
  • Essential understanding of weight loss techniques and workout advancement is required.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
