Inside Sales Executive

Role and Responsibilities:

• Handle and response customer leads at E commerce channels (India Mart, Amazon, First Cry,

Meesho) and convert it into successful deal.

• B2B Sales, B2C Sales, Online sales and Marketing, Digital and Social Medial Sales and Marketing ,

Up Sale, Cross Sale, Lead Generation.

• Achieve company's E commerce sales goal and targets monthly
• After Sales Service, Customer Support, Customer Relationship
• Demonstrate expertise in managing orders, inventories, cataloguing products, and other related

operational tasks.

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as Design, Content, Advertising, Operations, andCustomer Service.
• Create a superior customer experience by working with the Operations and Finance teams. Optimization of sales and increase conversion rates.
• Troubleshoot e-commerce issues and solicit across all channels.
