Location: Remote

Work Location: Work from Home

Salary: 2.5 - 3LPA

Responsibilities :

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce them to Iron Lady Programs and assess their needs and interests.
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand clients goals, challenges, and aspirations.
  • Recommend the most suitable Iron Lady Programs to meet the specific needs and preferences of each client.
  • Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of Iron Lady Programs to potential clients.
  • Address any questions, concerns, or objections raised by clients and provide clear and compelling responses.
  • Utilize persuasive selling techniques to influence clients decision-making and drive sales conversions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in Excel Sheet/CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in consultative tele sales, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to empathize with clients needs and concerns.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in sales activities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel/CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
