Responsibilities :
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce them to Iron Lady Programs and assess their needs and interests.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand clients goals, challenges, and aspirations.
- Recommend the most suitable Iron Lady Programs to meet the specific needs and preferences of each client.
- Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of Iron Lady Programs to potential clients.
- Address any questions, concerns, or objections raised by clients and provide clear and compelling responses.
- Utilize persuasive selling techniques to influence clients decision-making and drive sales conversions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in Excel Sheet/CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in consultative tele sales, preferably in a B2C environment.
- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent listening skills and ability to empathize with clients needs and concerns.
- Self-driven and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in sales activities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel/CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
