Role Description

As an Inside Sales Executive at Infozy Media Private Limited, you will play a key role in driving the company's growth through client acquisition and business development. This full-time, on-site role based in Indore requires managing inbound and outbound sales activities, generating and nurturing leads, and building strong relationships with potential customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting sales calls, presenting service offerings, identifying client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and supporting the sales cycle to closure. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Inside Sales, including the ability to close deals and retain clients
  • Experience in Lead Generation and the ability to identify and qualify potential customers
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build lasting client relationships
  • Sales acumen with the ability to execute tailored, results-driven strategies
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and ability to maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
  • Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in digital marketing, advertising, or a related industry is advantageous
