Job Summary
We are seeking a result driven Inside Sales Executive with proven experience in the healthcare sector. The role involves managing inbound sales activities, engaging with healthcare professionals and decision-makers, qualifying leads, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, healthcare domain knowledge, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and digital channels.
- Engage with healthcare stakeholders such as hospitals, clinics, laboratories, physicians,procurement teams, and distributors.
- Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate healthcare products or services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and follow-ups via phone or virtual meetings.
- Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
Required Skills & Competencies
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales within the healthcare domain.
- Strong understanding of healthcare products, services, or solutions (medical devices, pharma, or healthcare IT).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving and customer-centric approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, Business, or a related field.
- Experience selling to hospitals, clinics, labs, or healthcare providers.
- Exposure to B2B healthcare sales and lead qualification frameworks.
