Job Description

Gigatech Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Executive with experience in IT sales to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, nurturing prospects, and driving revenue through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online channels
  • Promote and sell IT services and solutions to prospective clients
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions
  • Manage the sales pipeline and follow up on leads to ensure timely closure
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and post-sales support
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 24 years of experience in Inside Sales / IT Sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand and explain IT services in a clear, business-friendly manner
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
