results-driven Inside Sales Executive with experience in
IT sales to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, nurturing prospects, and driving revenue through effective communication and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online channels
- Promote and sell IT services and solutions to prospective clients
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions
- Manage the sales pipeline and follow up on leads to ensure timely closure
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and post-sales support
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 24 years of experience in Inside Sales / IT Sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand and explain IT services in a clear, business-friendly manner
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
