Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

*Handle sales and client interactions

*Handle inbound and outbound calls in a voice process .

*Conduct upselling and cross-selling activities to maximize sales opportunities.

*Maintain and grow customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.

*Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs related to sales conversion.

Key Requirements:

*Experience: 1+ years of Inside Sales experience

*Experience in upselling and cross-selling products and services.

*Exposure to voice process is a must.

*Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
