Our Sales team makes inbound and outbound sales calls and initiates, and follows up interest from our consumers, they need to be goals-oriented and game players to be able to meet the goals and come up with creative solutions.
Their job is related to Merchant Services, Credit Card Processing, and POS (product line provided by client).
Job responsibilities are:
- Inbound and Outbound sales support calls and emails for our store owners, and distributors through sales channels
- Stay updated with systems and product information, changes, and updates in the market
- Support sales organization, retailers, and client product lines
- Meet sales goals
- Other duties as necessary to support merchants and customers to ensure satisfaction and continued relationships
- Follow standard processes and procedures
- Understand the value of our products and the needs of our retailers and their profiles inside and out
- Ability to create strong connections and relations with their retailers and customers (distributors and store owners)
- Coordinate with multiple departments related to the systems such as Tech Support if needed
- Ability to keep internal reports up to date (if needed)
