We are seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth through effective communication and sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients through various channels including phone calls, emails, and social media.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and engage with prospective clients.
• Present and demonstrate the company's products and services to potential customers.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals and maintaining customer relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in inside sales or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
