Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Handling & Conversion
Work on leads shared by the company (no field work).
Contact potential investors and explain the EV rental business model.
Convert inquiries into confirmed investments.
2. Investment Pitching
Clearly explain:
Investment Amount
ROI (Monthly Returns)
Profit Structure
Revenue Sharing Model
Contract Tenure
Fleet Deployment Process
3. Documentation & Compliance
Share all required documents with clients.
Explain agreements, onboarding forms, and ROI guarantee documents.
Coordinate with operations & accounts for investor onboarding.
4. Investor Support
Address client questions regarding vehicle allocation, rental model, and revenue cycles.
Provide a transparent breakdown of:
How the investor will earn
Monthly payout process
Expected fleet performance
5. Reporting & Coordination
Maintain lead status reports.
Update CRM / Excel trackers.
Coordinate with the operations team for vehicle readiness, delivery, and activation.
Key Skills Required
Strong communication & sales pitching skills
Basic understanding of EV rental / subscription model
Knowledge of ROI calculation & financial explanation
Ability to build investor confidence
Good documentation handling
