Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for an Inside Sales Executive. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales inquiries, generating leads, and converting them into opportunities. Daily responsibilities include building client relationships, understanding customer needs, executing effective sales pitches, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and convert potential clients
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build strong client relationships
- Experience in Sales techniques and strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Strong interpersonal abilities and confidence in cold calling and networking
- Proficiency in CRM tools and the ability to analyze sales data is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
