This role demands quick decision-making, sharp negotiation skills, and the ability to handle tough business discussions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Engage with potential franchisees, dealers, and distributors through virtual meetings.
2. Present Caf Desires franchise business model and demonstrate its profitability.
3. Analyze business viability for each potential partner and provide tailored solutions.
4. Handle objections and negotiations tactfully, addressing concerns with clarity.
5. Guide prospects through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth business transition.
6. Maintain a minimum of 4 virtual meetings per day with a 50% conversion target.
7. Coordinate with the franchise telecalling team to ensure a strong lead pipeline.
8. Track and update lead status in the CRM system, ensuring accurate reporting.
9. Monitor market trends and competitor franchise strategies to enhance the pitch.
10. Represent Caf Desire with confidence, business intelligence, and strategic thinking.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in franchise sales, dealership sales, or B2B business development.
2. Strong analytical and business evaluation skills for assessing franchise prospects.
3. Quick thinker with common sense and problem-solving ability.
4. Ability to handle tough negotiations and pushback from business owners.
5. Strong verbal communication in English, Hindi, and the regional language.
6. Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and virtual meeting platforms.
7. Immediate joiners or candidates currently serving a notice period preferred.
8. Prior experience dealing with dealers, distributors, or small businesses is a plus.
