Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to manage inbound sales inquiries, prepare commercial proposals, and support business growth through effective customer engagement and follow-up. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with experience in costing, quotation preparation, and customer relationship management. The role also involves supporting product and company certification audits.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries and customer requests.
  • Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and quotations to customers.
  • Perform product costing and pricing calculations.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with customers.
  • Follow up on submitted quotations and proposals to maximize conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Engineering, Quality, and Procurement to support sales activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and order status.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Assist in product, quality, and company certification audits by providing required documentation and support.
  • Monitor market trends and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure timely response to customer inquiries and resolution of issues.

REQUIRED QUALIFIACTIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Sales Coordination, or a similar role.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, valves, pumps, engineering products, or related industries will be preferred.

SKILLS

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and interact with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of costing, pricing, and quotation preparation.
  • Good analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of performing in a fast-paced environment.

EXPERIENCE

  • 3–5 years relevant experience.
