Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate, located in Coimbatore. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, contacting potential clients, understanding their requirements, and presenting appropriate FACE Prep products or services. They will manage customer accounts, maintain strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role also involves collaboration with teams to achieve sales targets, routine reporting, and contributing to continuous improvements in sales processes.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and qualify potential clients
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to effectively address client needs and concerns
  • Experience in Account Management, ensuring sustained client relationships and client retention
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients effectively
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet or exceed sales objectives
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in EdTech or a similar industry is a plus
