Inside Sales Executive

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Inside Sales Executive to handle the retail customer segment through telephonic interactions from the office. This is a desk-based role focused on achieving sales targets by engaging prospective customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our Washroom Automation and Accessories product range.

1. Make and attend telephonic calls with retail leads and customers.
2. Handle incoming customer inquiries and proactively follow up on leads shared through CRM.
3. Coordinate with peers for customer meetings or on-site visits when required.
4. Update customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups regularly on CRM and Excel sheets.
5. Learn and communicate product details effectively after training.
6. Work towards achieving monthly sales targets through consistent calling and persuasive communication.
7. Exhibit a growth-oriented and positive sales attitude while handling rejections and objections professionally.

• Experience: 14 years in inside sales / telecalling / telesales / customer acquisition roles.
• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle large call volumes efficiently.
• Good command of CRM tools, MS Excel, and basic computer operations.
• Sales-oriented mindset with adaptability to learn product details.
