Role: Inside sales Executive

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Work from Office)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month + Incentives

We are looking for a Inside sales Executive to help us grow our customer base. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining our products/services, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Reach out to new prospects and existing customers to promote our offerings.

• Pitching: Deliver scripted (and unscripted) sales pitches that highlight the value of our brand.

• Closing: Lead customers through the sales process and finalize purchases.

• Data Management: Accurately record customer details and call outcomes in our CRM system.

• Follow-ups: Keep a pipeline of warm leads and follow up with them at scheduled times.

• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Skills & Qualifications

• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and an engaging phone presence.

• Persistence: Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated throughout the day.

• Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer tools.

• Experience: 0–1 year in telesales, telecalling, or customer service (freshers welcome).

• Languages: Tamil and English proficiency required.
