We are looking for high-velocity Sales Professionals to join our Kolkata HQ. This is not a typical telemarketing role; you will be responsible for identifying revenue leaks in established businesses and presenting a sophisticated, logic-based technological solution to business owners and stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Outreach: Execute 100+ high-quality outbound discovery calls daily to targeted B2B decision-makers.
- Consultative Analysis: Utilize our proprietary diagnostic tools to generate and deliver Personalized Revenue Audits to prospects via professional channels.
- End-to-End Closing: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing Annual Subscription Agreements (ACV: 45,000).
- Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous records of lead status and follow-up schedules within our CRM to ensure zero lead decay.
Requirements
- Communication Mastery: Professional fluency in English and Hindi. You must be able to command attention and speak with authority to business owners.
- Resilience: A thick skin and a persistent mindset. You understand that high-ticket sales require navigating through gatekeepers and handling objections with poise.
- Discipline: Proven ability to hit daily input targets (dials, talk time, and audits sent) consistently.
- Ambition: We are scaling rapidly. We want individuals who want to move into Sales Leadership roles within 6 months.
