In order to be successful in this role and meet or exceed quota, this candidate should feel comfortable communicating with prospects via phone and email who are discovered through a variety of avenues.
Responsibilities
- Respond to all inbound inquiries from the CRM.
- Qualify the leads and nurture the good ones.
- Partner with seniors and other stakeholders in the company and take all necessary help to close the leads to paying customers.
- Must add notes for each lead in the CRM for future reference.
- Should be able to communicate well in short about our company services and offerings.
- Learn new things about eCommerce industry to keep updated.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Align with company's vision and roadmap.
- Must have at least 1+ year experience in hardcore tele sales or inbound sales environment (Freshers do not apply).
- Knowledge of eCommerce industry (online marketplaces backend operations & D2C, e-commerce logistics, Amazon FBA etc) will be an added advantage. Knowledge of Crossborder eCommerce will be even better.
- Should have basic understanding of how sales process works (Funnel, Dispositions, Nurture, Close, Contracts, proposals, invoices etc).
- High energy levels as you will deal with lot of inquiries. You will need to filter out the unqualified leads quick by asking right probing questions and take help initially from seniors to close the customers.
- You need to carry your own laptop.
- This is an office based job.
