Key Responsibilities:
- Manage B2B sales coordination from inquiry to deal closure.
- Support internal teams through effective CRM updates, data management, and reporting.
- Coordinate with technical and sales teams for smooth execution of client requirements.
- Prepare and present periodic sales performance reports.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely communication.
- Drive lead conversion and support achievement of team sales goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, related field or any degree.
- 0–2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or business development (IT domain preferred).
- Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Experience in CRM management, sales reporting, and data tracking.
- Understanding of cybersecurity and networking solutions is an advantage.
- Must be near the office location or ready to relocate.
- Target-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple client accounts.
