Job Title: Executive Inside Sales (IT/Software)

Location: Noida, Sector 127

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO only)

Job Description:

Eastern Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Executive Inside Sales with experience in IT/Software sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, cold calling, and handling both domestic and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cold calling for domestic and international markets
  • Generate and qualify leads for IT/Software products and services
  • Understand client requirements and pitch suitable solutions
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM/tools
  • Follow up with prospects via calls and emails
  • Coordinate with internal teams to close deals
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in IT/Software sales
  • Hands-on knowledge of lead generation tools such as Lusha, Apollo (mandatory)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in speaking with international clients
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and B2B selling
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in Inside Sales / B2B Sales
  • Familiarity with international sales practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
