Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive Domestic Market to manage inbound leads, customer communication, and inside sales operations. This role focuses on B2B lead handling, customer follow-ups, quotation preparation, digital lead platforms, and coordination with the field sales team to ensure timely conversion and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)
Lead Management & Customer Handling
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and B2B portals
- Handle and qualify domestic B2B leads received from platforms such as:
- IndiaMART
- TradeIndia
- Justdial
- Maintain lead data, follow-ups, and status tracking in CRM / Excel
Sales Coordination
- Prepare quotations, price sheets, and basic commercial proposals
- Transfer qualified and mature leads to the field sales / regional sales team
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical inputs, drawings, and delivery timelines
Digital & Marketing Support
- Execute WhatsApp marketing and email campaigns as per company guidelines
- Assist in email marketing, follow-up mailers, and customer communication
- Support sales promotions and product information sharing
Exhibitions & Presentations
- Assist in trade exhibitions, client presentations, and lead capture
- Follow up on exhibition-generated leads and ensure proper handover
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily / weekly lead and activity reports
- Ensure accurate documentation, enquiry records, and communication logs
Requirements

Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in:
- Inside sales / sales coordination / B2B lead handling
- Building materials, construction products, or industrial products
Education
- Continuous regular education only
- No education gap
- No correspondence / distance / open university qualifications
Employment Type
- No freelancers
- No independent consultants
- Must be a full-time salaried professional
Skills & Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience handling high-volume B2B leads
- Good command over MS Excel, email drafting, WhatsApp Business
- Ability to coordinate between customers and sales teams
- Professional, customer-oriented approach
- Willingness to learn technical products and specifications

Probation Period
- Duration: 46 months
- Stipend during probation: 25,000 per month (fixed)
Post-Confirmation
- CTC: 6,00,000 per annum (6 LPA) (fixed)
Joining Bonus
- 1,00,000 on completion of 6 months from Date of Joining
- 1,00,000 on completion of 1 year of continuous service
