Job Description

  • Make 200+ outbound calls daily to prospective customers.
  • Achieve daily talk-time targets.
  • Meet daily and monthly sales closure targets.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and nurture leads until closure.
  • Accurately update customer interactions and lead status in the CRM.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional communication.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers and represent the company professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain high levels of productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
