Inside Sales Executive

Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and website; qualify leads and provide product information.

Make outbound sales calls and follow up with new and existing customers.

Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and support field sales activities.

Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, accounts) to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

Maintain accurate sales records in CRM or tracking systems; provide regular updates to management.

Assist with sales documentation and basic after-sales support.

Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
