Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing sales cycles, and providing exceptional customer service to clients in theRiyadhand Dubai markets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation activities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to close
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to team success
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proficient in English and Arabic languages
- 1 year of experience in international calling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a sales team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
- Attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
