Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive located in Chennai. The Inside Sales Executive will handle tasks such as lead generation, nurturing sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and effectively communicating with potential clients. The individual will be expected to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets as part of the inside sales team.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 yrs Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and convert potential customers
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies to drive revenue and achieve targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
