About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team in the EdTech space. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in sales, particularly in IT courses, certifications, or upskilling programs. This role offers an opportunity to impact careers by driving enrollments and promoting cutting-edge learning solutions in areas such as Data Science, Cloud Computing, and Full Stack Development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Revenue Generation:

o Drive revenue by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

o Convert inbound and outbound leads into paying customers through consultative selling.

2. Customer Engagement and Consultation:

o Identify customer needs and recommend personalized learning paths.

o Provide detailed information on IT certifications, advanced courses, and career benefits.

o Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with prospects.

3. Lead Management and Outreach:

o Manage leads generated from marketing campaigns, social media, and referrals.

o Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to nurture prospects.

4. Upselling and Cross-Selling:

o Suggest bundled courses, advanced learning tracks, or value-added services.

o Identify opportunities to increase revenue from existing customers.

5. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

o Work closely with the marketing team to refine messaging and campaigns.

o Provide customer insights to the product team for course enhancement.

6. Reporting and Analytics:

o Track sales performance using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

o Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Experience:

o 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in the EdTech or IT upskilling industry.

o Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.

2. Skills:

o Strong communication and negotiation skills.

o Familiarity with IT technologies (Data Science, Cloud Computing, AI/ML, Full Stack Development).

o Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).

o Customer-centric approach with the ability to build trust and rapport.
