Job Role

We are hiring Inside Sales Executives to promote and sell Foundit's premium career services to job seekers. This role involves outbound calling, understanding candidate requirements, pitching suitable services, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to job seekers

Explain and sell Foundit's paid career services

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable packages

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Maintain call and sales data accurately

Follow up with interested candidates and close conversions

CTC: Up to 30,000 per month
