and mobile solutions, deliver managed IT services, and run digital marketing campaigns for clients

across industries.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This is a front-line

role focused on generating qualified leads, managing the early sales pipeline, and converting

inbound and outbound opportunities into booked meetings and closed deals. You will work closely

with the Business Head and support the full sales cycle from first contact to handoff.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, knows how to hold a

conversation with a business owner, and takes ownership of their numbers.

What You Will Do

- Execute outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, cold email, and WhatsApp to identify and engage

decision-makers at target companies

- Handle inbound leads from online channels within 15 minutes of receipt

- Qualify leads against defined criteria: team size, current tool usage, pain points, and budget

- Book discovery and demo calls for the Business Head

- Maintain and update the CRM pipeline daily with accurate lead status, notes, and follow-up actions

- Follow up on stalled leads with personalised messaging across channels

- Assist with proposal preparation and follow-up communications

- Meet weekly and monthly targets for outreach volume, qualified meetings booked, and pipeline

contribution

What We Need

- 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development

- Excellent written and spoken English

- Comfortable with high-volume outreach across LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp

- Basic CRM usage experience

- Strong follow-through and attention to detail

- Ability to qualify leads quickly and make smart decisions about who to pursue
