Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamicInside Sales Executiveto drive lead generation for our real estate business development team. The role will involvecold calling,market research, and lead qualification to support Chai Points expansion into high-potential locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to property owners, brokers, and real estate agents to pitch potential site opportunities.
- Research and identify suitable commercial properties based on business requirements.
- Build and update a strong database of real estate contacts.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the BD team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and track interactions in CRM tools.
- Support the team with market insights and competitive intelligence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 12 years of experience incold calling or telesales; experience ined-tech industryis a strong plus.
- Proven ability to handle high-volume outreach and convert cold leads into meetings.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
