Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The individual will be responsible for researching and generating new business opportunities, and supporting the sales team in driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, following up on leads, and introducing products/services.
  • Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach while engaging with leads or customers.
  • Identify and compile potential leads through various online platforms and databases.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and issues related to sales orders and products.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the management on sales performance and targets.
  • Ensure timely processing of sales orders and follow through with customers to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and industries to target.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, contacts, and activities in the CRM system.

Qualification and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a customer-facing role (preferably in B2B sales).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and initiating conversations with new prospects.
