We are seeking aresults-driven Inside Sales Representativewith strong exposure to the BFSI sector toidentify, qualify, and convert leads for our BFSI product suite, including banking, lending, insurance, AML, and asset management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify prospects in the BFSI domain through research, cold calls, targeted emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Solution Pitching: Present and demonstrate Azentio s BFSI product portfolio, highlighting domain-specific value propositions.
- Pipeline Management: Manage inbound and outbound opportunities, track them in CRM, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with BFSI decision-makers, understanding their business challenges and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and pre-sales teams to design impactful campaigns for BFSI markets.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on BFSI technology trends, compliance changes, and competitor offerings in the region.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: 3 5 years in Inside Sales or Business Development, preferably in BFSI software (Core Banking, Lending, AML, Insurance, Asset Management).
- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of BFSI workflows, regulations, and technology adoption in GCC/Africa markets.
- Sales Skills: Strong prospecting, consultative selling, and objection-handling skills.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Arabic; French is an advantage.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Target-Driven: Proven record of achieving/exceeding sales KPIs.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
