Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Client Management:- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer personalized gut health solutions.
- Drive end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
2. Data Management & Analytics:- Organize and manage sales data to track performance and customer interactions.
- Analyze data to derive insights that enhance sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Utilize CRM tools to maintain records and report on key sales metrics.
3. Communication & Collaboration:- Effectively communicate Sova Health's value proposition across calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to align sales efforts.
4. Target Achievement & Incentives:- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to unlock attractive performance-based incentives.
Qualifications & SkillsExperience:- 12 years of experience in inside sales, client-facing roles, or similar functions.
Skills:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong data management and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
Educational Background:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
