We are looking for motivated individuals to join us as Inside Sales Executive facing activities and structured business processes while gaining hands-on experience and long-term growth in the IT services domain.
*This is an on-site position, so we are considering only Indore based/ nearby local candidates.*

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in IT bidding activities on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and similar portals
- Identify relevant opportunities and submit customized proposals aligned with client requirements
- Support lead generation and outreach through LinkedIn and other digital platforms
- Assist in client communication, requirement understanding, and follow-ups
- Update and manage Zoho CRM, including leads, deals, and communication tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams to support proposal creation and deal progression
- Participate in process improvement and sales efficiency initiatives
- Gradually take ownership of responsibilities based on performance
Who Should Apply:
- Freshers or candidates with 01 year of experience in IT bidding, business development, or sales support
- Familiarity with Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn outreach, or Zoho CRM (or willingness to learn)
- Good communication and proposal-writing skills
- Interest in IT services, client interaction, and business growth
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment
