Role Summary
Responsible for sourcing prospect data, making outbound calls to decision-makers, generating meetings for the sales team, and collecting electricity bills and basic project details to support solar sales. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and maintain client data using CRM, LinkedIn, Lusha, and online tools
- Make outbound calls (5+ hours/day) to pitch services and schedule meetings
- Follow up with warm and cold leads
- Coordinate meetings and client communication via email
- Collect electricity bills, factory locations, and basic requirements
- Update and maintain records in CRM
Skills Required
- Fluent English communication
- Good persuasion and rapport-building skills
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and internet research
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business/Marketing/Engineering)
Experience
- 01 years in telemarketing, inside sales, or lead generation
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
