Inside Sales Executive at Agriplast plays a crucial role in both corporate and farmer client acquisition and sales growth. With a strong emphasis on lead generation, qualification, and assignment to the sales team, you'll be central to expanding our diverse customer base. You'll also use our CRM systems effectively, conduct follow-ups, and make cold calls to cultivate relationships with new and potential clients. We prefer candidates with experience in the greenhouse industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Use and manage CRM systems to track leads, sales, and maintain relationships with both corporate clients and farmers.
2. Conduct regular cold calls and follow-ups to identify and engage potential corporate and farmer clients. 3. Generate, qualify, and assign leads to the sales team, ensuring a smooth transition and follow-through. 4. Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to drive new client acquisition in both the corporate sector and farmer communities.
5. Plan and manage industry events such as conferences, seminars, and agricultural trade shows.
6. Collaborate with the sales department to align marketing and sales strategies.
7. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, report on ROI, and leverage CRM for analytics and insights.
8. Communicate directly with both corporate clients and farmers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and promote our products and services.
9. Establish and manage strong relationships with industry professionals, influencers, and key strategic partners, specifically within the greenhouse industry.
10. Stay abreast of the latest trends in the agricultural and greenhouse industries, coordinating with the product development team to ensure product relevancy.
Key Skills/Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a similar role within the agricultural industry, with a preference for greenhouse industry experience.
2. Strong knowledge and practical experience with CRM systems, cold calling, lead qualification, and client acquisition strategies.
3. Excellent communication, networking, and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both corporate clients and farmers.
4. Deep understanding of the agricultural industry, specifically the greenhouse sector.
5. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines.
6. Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
