Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive or Academic Counsellor with strong exposure to B2C sales. This role will act as the primary driver of outbound calling, lead engagement, and revenue generation, owning the complete sales cycle from first outreach to final enrollment closure. The ideal candidate should be energetic, persuasive, target oriented, and confident in closing high intent prospects through structured consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Engagement: Contact and qualify inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
- Consultative Selling: Understand prospective learner's aspirations and map them to the right Wrench Wise programs.
- End-to-End Sales: Drive the sales funnel from lead qualification, demo/consultation, follow-ups, to closing deals.
- Pipeline Management: Track all interactions, lead status, and closures consistently in CRM.
- Target Achievement: Consistently hit or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue and conversion targets.
- Objection Handling: Address hesitations with strategic value-based reasons, and confidently convert interest into enrollment.
- Reporting & Feedback: Provide weekly sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market insights to leadership.
- Collaborate: Work closely with marketing and operations to refine lead quality, messaging, and sales tools.
Who You Are
- Experienced (13 yrs) in edtech sales, inside sales, B2C course enrolments, or admission counselling.
- Sales-Driven & Target Focused: Consistent achiever with a results-oriented mindset thrives on hitting revenue goals.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal communication with the ability to explain complex programs simply and convincingly.
- High Energy & Motivated: Enthusiastic, self-starter thrives under pressure and keeps momentum high across tasks.
- Consultative Closer: Not just talking closing with empathy, value articulation, and confidence.
- CRM & Tools Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, lead tracking tools, Google Workspace, and basic sales analytics.
- Organized & Disciplined: Strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and time management.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience with edtech brands, coaching institutes, or tech-upskilling programs.
- Familiarity with high-value course pricing or consultative selling frameworks.
- Ability to deliver virtual demos or short product walk-throughs when needed.
