Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive based in Bhopal. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for driving lead generation, connecting with prospective clients, and closing sales opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include identifying prospective students, responding to inquiries, conducting consultations, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving targeted sales goals. The role requires strong communication and customer service skills to guide and assist applicants effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and convert potential clients into customers.
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to confidently engage with prospective students and address their queries.
- General Sales knowledge and skills to achieve individual and organizational goals effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple tasks and deliver excellent results under deadlines.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a target-oriented environment.
- Experience in sales in the education sector is an advantage.
- Fluency in spoken and written Hindi and English is highly desirable.
