Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in Goregaon. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging prospective students, and understanding their interests and educational goals. The role includes generating and qualifying leads, explaining AAFT's courses and programs, and guiding prospects through the admission process. The Inside Sales Executive will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, follow up on inquiries, and work closely with the counseling and marketing teams to meet enrollment targets. The role also involves providing clear, courteous information, addressing questions or concerns, and ensuring a professional, student-focused experience at every interaction.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Sales, with the ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead to closure.
  • Experience in Lead Generation, including prospecting, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on listening, clarity, and relationship-building.
  • Comfort using CRM or lead management tools, and basic proficiency in MS Office or similar applications.
  • Prior experience in education, training, or service-oriented industries is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Goregaon, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
