Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of sales support and administration duties, including email marketing, drip campaigns, and customer relationship management. Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative sales strategies through email marketing, mail merge, and targeted outreach campaigns.

Manage and maintain customer relationships using CRM tools such as Zoho CRM and HubSpot.

Design and run drip campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with broader campaigns.

Analyze sales data from CRM systems to identify trends, forecast sales, and optimize processes.

Provide detailed reports on sales activities and achievements.

Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed product/service information.
