Experience Required:
- Minimum 1year of experience in outbound B2B calling and customized email outreach
- Proven experience working with US, UK, EU, ANZ markets, including India
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the hunter sales team in building and managing a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct high-quality outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Create and execute personalized email campaigns aligned with target accounts
- Qualify leads and set up opportunities for closure
- Assist in closing deals with deal sizes
- Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B outbound sales / ISDR / SDR roles
- Strong exposure to pipeline creation and deal support
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM or similar CRM tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with international sales teams
- Familiarity with account-based selling and modern sales enablement tools
