Job Description

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 1year of experience in outbound B2B calling and customized email outreach
  • Proven experience working with US, UK, EU, ANZ markets, including India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the hunter sales team in building and managing a strong sales pipeline
  • Conduct high-quality outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and follow-ups
  • Create and execute personalized email campaigns aligned with target accounts
  • Qualify leads and set up opportunities for closure
  • Assist in closing deals with deal sizes
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B outbound sales / ISDR / SDR roles
  • Strong exposure to pipeline creation and deal support
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM or similar CRM tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with international sales teams
  • Familiarity with account-based selling and modern sales enablement tools

  • Shift EST
