As we expand into new cities and grow our corporate partnerships, we're looking for someone special to join our team. Someone who understands that behind every order is a celebration, a milestone, or a moment that matters.

The Role

This is where the magic happensor more accurately, where you make the magic happen.

As our Inside Sales & Customer Executive, you'll be the voice and heart of Crave. You'll guide customers from their first inquiry all the way through to delivery, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

What You'll Actually Do Every Day

  • Connect with customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat to understand their needswhether it's a themed birthday cake, a corporate Diwali hamper order, or a stunning wedding centerpiece
  • Guide them through our offerings and help them choose the perfect customized solution for their celebration or gifting need
  • Close sales by building trust, answering questions, and making the buying process seamless
  • Coordinate with our production kitchen to ensure every order is prepared exactly as promisedright design, right flavors, on time
  • Handle delivery inquiries and resolve any post-purchase questions or concerns with care and professionalism
  • Follow up after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and nurture long-term relationships

You'll be managing both pre-sales (helping customers decide and purchase) and post-sales (making sure they're delighted with their experience). You're the thread that holds the entire customer journey together.

Who Should Apply

You must have:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales and customer serviceyou know how to build rapport, handle objections, and close deals
  • Minimum 2 years in food, hospitality, or F&Byou understand the nuances of perishable luxury products and high-touch customer service
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)you can craft a warm, professional email and hold engaging phone conversations with ease
  • A genuine passion for creating exceptional customer experiences

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with CRM systems or live chat platforms (Bitespeed, Zendesk, Intercom, etc.)
  • Background in customization-heavy sales
  • Previous work with online-first or direct-to-consumer brands

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: 30,00035,000 per month + up to 20,000 in sales incentives

Work Schedule: Day shift, 6 days per week
