Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Coordinator, based in Vadodara. Key responsibilities include managing inside sales activities, providing excellent customer service, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. The role involves supporting the sales team, liaising with customers, and managing sales documentation and communication efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales and Order Processing
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients
- Proficiency in problem-solving and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle CRM tools and other sales support systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in the manufacturing, weighing, or automation industry is an advantage
