Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai for an Inside Sales Coordinator. The role involves managing customer inquiries, building and maintaining client relationships, processing orders efficiently, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Inside Sales Coordinator will also support sales and customer service initiatives to drive revenue and business growth.

The Inside Sales Coordinator serves as the technical and administrative bridge between international clients, the Mumbai sales office, and the manufacturing facility. The role focuses on SKU management, RFQ processing, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment for the AutoGRACE brand.

Qualifications

• RFQ & Quote Management: Process complex multi-item inquiries using Excel; cross-reference OEM parts with internal catalogs.
• Internal Coordination: Liaise daily with production and logistics teams to verify lead times and stock availability in order to provide accurate ETDs to customers for open orders.
• System Management: Maintain data integrity within product database and CRM systems.
• Client Support: Act as the primary touchpoint for global distributors regarding shipment status and technical documentation.
