Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for an Inside Sales Consultant. The Inside Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, providing solutions, maintaining excellent communication, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves fostering long-term client relationships and contributing to the company's overall sales performance.

Qualifications
  • Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify and engage potential customers effectively
  • Customer Service and Relationship Building skills to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Excellent Communication skills for both verbal and written interactions
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Collaborative skills and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
