Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Sales Development Representative. The role involves identifying and generating leads, managing sales funnels, and fostering relationships with prospective clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting outreach to potential customers, qualifying leads, and collaborating with the sales team to maintain a robust pipeline. The Sales Development Representative will play a key role in the business development process by driving engagement and contributing to revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Business Development
  • Confident in speaking with C-level executives.
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for building client rapport
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in the technology or software solutions domain is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or a related field preferred
