Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic B2B Inside Sales Executive (India Market) to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure for corporate clients with hiring needs.

You will engage with HR leaders, Founders, CEOs, and decision-makers, understand their recruitment challenges, and position foundit solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify organizations with active hiring requirements across India
  • Connect with decision-makers (HR Managers, CHROs, CEOs, Founders)
  • Understand client hiring challenges and pitch relevant foundit hiring solutions
  • Conduct product demos showcasing platform features and benefits
  • Handle objections, negotiations, and structured follow-ups
  • Close deals and ensure smooth onboarding of clients
  • Own monthly revenue targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Track hiring trends, market competition, and industry patterns

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
  • 110 years of B2B Inside Sales / Corporate Sales experience
  • Experience in HR Tech, SaaS, IT Sales, Consulting, BFSI, Media, or DotCom preferred
  • Proven experience managing the full sales cycle

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong email drafting and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and digital platforms
  • Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory
