Work Description
This is a
full-time, on-site work from office (no field work) role based in
Pune, where you'll be an integral part of our Sales Team, converting leads into enrollments and driving business growth.
Work Responsibilities
- Conduct professional video calls with prospective students.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate and learn by attending training sessions and staying updated on market trends and competitors.
- Build strong relationships through follow-ups, personalized support, and a solution-oriented approachwhile maintaining a polished appearance in blazer during all video calls.
Work Qualifications
- Should have more than 2+ Years of Experience into Core sales.
- Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Excellent convincing and sales skills.
- A willingness to thrive in a target-driven, B2C sales environment.
- Candidates should hold Graduation degree or awaiting for final semester exams.
- Must have your own laptop.
