Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for an Inside Sales Associate - TN. The Inside Sales Associate will focus on engaging with potential customers, generating and managing leads, and maintaining client relationships. Daily responsibilities will include conducting sales calls, addressing customer inquiries, and assisting in the enrollment process. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation techniques
• Strong customer focus with proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Experience with Account Management, including building and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Knowledge of the education or coaching industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
