Job Overview:We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Inside Sales Specialist focused on engaging tech and platformaccounts. In this role, you will execute lead generation and account research initiatives to identifyopportunities within the tech sector, positioning MediaMint's value proposition to potential clients. This role willbe instrumental in building our presence in tech and platform accounts and supporting our revenue growthobjectives in these sectors.This position will engage with potential customers to identify sales opportunities,conduct outbound prospecting, and support strategic initiatives in collaboration with sales and marketingteams.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Opportunity Development: Conduct outbound calls, send emails, and leverage social media to generate leads, engage
prospects, and schedule initial meetings with the sales team. Support the sales/pre-sales team by executing demand generation campaigns and identifying
participants for events.
Demand Generation Campaigns: Develop and coordinate lead generation plans and programs to drive new customer acquisition and
nurture key accounts. Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and leadership teams to implement eective demand
generation initiatives. Utilize marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and databases to measure and analyze campaign
performance.
Account Research & Intelligence Gathering: Conduct in-depth research on target accounts, utilizing tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and industry
reports, to gather insights on prospects. Identify key decision-makers and inuencers within target accounts, creating a strategy for account
penetration. Monitor industry trends and create competitive intelligence reports that provide actionable insights for
the sales team.

Pipeline Management & Sales Enablement: Align with the sales team to ensure a consistent pipeline, setting revenue targets and tracking
progress on lead conversion. Support account planning activities by identifying growth opportunities within accounts and educating
internal teams on account strategies. Generate insights on industry trends and customer pain points to rene sales strategies.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Leverage CRM tools to track, measure, and analyze performance, ensuring data-driven
decision-making. Regularly report on lead generation metrics, pipeline growth, and campaign eectiveness to optimize
eorts and meet sales goals.
Qualications: 5+ years of experience in inside sales, demand generation, or a similar role in the technology or digital
marketing industry. Proven experience in the tech sector, with a deep understanding of B2B sales dynamics for platform
accounts. Proven experience with lead generation tools and platforms like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Hoovers, and
CRM systems. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with a proactive, solutions-driven approach. Strong analytical skills, with experience in campaign measurement and reporting. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Skills & Abilities: Strong collaboration skills, able to work eectively across departments. Adaptability and consultative selling skills to address customer needs and build relationships. Strong prociency in MS Oce, CRM, and marketing automation tools. Ability to prioritize and manage time eectively, with strong attention to detail
